Unless you are a real estate or loan professional in your professional capacity, you agree to use the Services for your personal use, and your business use is limited to transactions conducted on your behalf. Real Estate and Loan Professionals’ business use is limited to providing information to consumers via the Services or taking actions on behalf of a consumer (for example, posting a home for sale). Without limitation, professionals at loan granting institutions are prohibited from using the information provided by Rehome through the Services in making any loan-related decisions. Subject to the restrictions set forth in the following paragraphs, you may copy information from the Services only as necessary for your personal use to view, save, print, fax, and/or email such information. You otherwise agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, provide access to, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services. Additionally, you agree not to provide/post/authorize a link to any of the Services (including without limitation your Agent Profile Page) from a third party website that is not a real estate related website owned or operated by a real estate company. Or a loan granting institution or institution. You may display and distribute derivative works of data from Rehome, provided that you cite Rehome as the source

You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful or harmful to Rehome, its service providers, suppliers, or any other user. You agree not to distribute or post spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar communications through the Services provided by Rehome. You agree not to impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with another person or entity. Except as expressly provided herein, these Terms of Use do not grant you a license to use, reproduce, distribute, display or provide access to any portion of the Services on third party websites or otherwise. Except as expressly set forth herein and without limitation, you agree that you will not permit or encourage any third party to reproduce, display or otherwise make accessible on or through any other website, application or service. Ratings and/or profile information about real estate, loans, or other professionals, basic photos, information about real estate listings, or other data or content available through the Services.
Automated queries (including screen, database, web spiders, robots, web crawlers, and any other automated activity for the purpose of obtaining information from the Services) are prohibited on the Services, unless you have received express written permission from Rehome. As a limited exception, publicly available search engines and similar navigation tools may query the Services and provide an index with links to web pages, only to the extent permitted. For fair use not authorized under applicable copyright law. Search engines are not allowed to query or search for information protected by a security verification system (captcha) that limits access to human users. Materials you provide; use of account; Privacy; Third Party Websites. For materials you post or otherwise provide to Re Home in connection with the Services (“Your Submission”), you grant Re Home an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to (a) use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform or reproduce; or (ii) sublicense such rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Re Home will not pay you for your Submission or exercise any rights in connection with your Submission set forth in the previous sentence. Rehome may remove or edit your Submission at any time. For each Submission, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant Rehome the rights in this paragraph, that Rehome’s use of the Submission will not infringe the rights of any third party and that the Submission complies with Section 2(a) above. You are solely responsible for all Submissions made through your user account(s) on the Services or that you otherwise make available through the Services. You may not share your user account(s) with others. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. Rehome will treat your use of the Services in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Some of Rehome’s functionality may involve distributing your submission to third-party websites that Rehome does not control. Rehome is not responsible for and makes no warranties or representations regarding the websites of such third parties, including without limitation the content, availability or functionality of such websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission complies with the terms of use associated with any third-party website and that you understand that your submission and your use of a third-party website will be treated in accordance with the privacy of that third-party website. privacy policy: The role of Rehome is a licensed real estate broker in Egypt. intellectual property: The Services are the property of Rehome. You may not use any of Rehome’s trademarks as part of your screen name or email address on the Services. Rehome does not assert copyright or grant any rights to images or underlying descriptions of real estate listings submitted through the Services. Any use of these images and descriptions is subject to the permission of the copyright owner and/or the requirements of applicable law. Limitation of legal liability: In no event shall any Supplier or Supplier be liable for any damages, including without limitation, any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from, based upon or resulting from the Terms of Use or the Terms of Use. THIS IS EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. The exclusion of damages under this paragraph is independent of your exclusive remedy specified below and shall survive in the event such remedy fails of its essential purpose or is deemed unenforceable. These limitations and exclusions apply without regard to whether the damages arise from (a) breach of contract, (b) breach of warranty, (c) negligence, or (d) any other cause of action, to the maximum extent such limitations and exclusions are not prohibited by law. applicable. Rehome may change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time to you and/or others, without notice. choice of law; Disputes: These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without causing a conflict with the provisions of the laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts sitting in Cairo, Egypt with respect to any and all disputes, claims and actions arising out of or in connection with the Services and/or these Terms of Use. In any dispute arising under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its attorneys’ fees and expenses. Compensation: You agree to defend and hold Rehome, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims and demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, use of the Services, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any submission made by you. Provided through your user account on the Services or otherwise made available by you through the Services. Evacuation responsibilaty: You release Rehome, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability related to any and all claims and demands you may assert against any third party arising out of the Services. General Provisions: You agree not to export from any location any portion of the Services provided to you or any direct product thereof except in compliance with, and with all required licenses and approvals under, applicable export laws, rules and regulations.
